Last day for Christmas orders this year is Friday 12/1. Orders placed after the 1st will ship as quickly as possible, but are not promised for the holiday.

Hand wash cold with mild detergent. Air dry (NO HEAT). Dry cleaning is okay.

The fur material is acrylic and will melt if ANY heat is applied. No clothes dryer, no hair dryer, NO HEAT!

Be safe out there.

All the faux fur material is acrylic. Generally the fabric backing is polyester. Our stuffing is a down alternative 100% polyester material.

The eyes are plastic "safety eyes" that are securely snapped in place. They are not sewn on.

Some items, such as the Chinchillas, have small pieces like the ears, that are wool felt. This material is prominent on the Bats as well.

You may brush your animals with a lint brush or wide tooth hair brush. We don't recommend using a sticky lint roller.

Simply grab them by the rear end and give a good little shake. The fur will stand on end.

Some furs are short pile and aren't meant to get super fluffy. The Chinchilla is a good example of this.

All items are handmade to order in our small shop in Salem, Oregon, USA.

All Fuzziggles are handmade to order and generally ship in about 7-10 business days.

If you have a deadline, like an upcoming birthday, please let us know in the Notes section at checkout. We will make every effort to get your items there in time.

Each piece is individually wrapped and most items are tied off with a bow.

We use the USPS for delivery. Standard shipping is Priority service and if you need stuff FAST, Express service is available.

Absolutely! We are happy to hear your requests. Not all animals are suited to being Fuzziggles, but we will certainly consider ideas.

If you don't see a color you desire just let us know and we can check our stock or even order custom colors for you.
